Which file formats can I upload?
Raw genotype or sequence files in
.txt, .csv, .vcf, and .fastq, plus .zip archives of any of those. Exports from the major consumer and clinical providers are supported. Have something unusual? Ask us first.Do I need to prepare my file?
No. Upload the raw file exactly as you received it, our pipeline parses and quality-checks it for you.
How do I receive my results?
Your encrypted PDF report and a structured JSON/CSV export appear in your secure portal. On the Max Plan, the AI Health Assistant is unlocked there too.

How fast is the turnaround?
Every tier is delivered inside an 8 to 12 hour window, with a 99.0% on-time guarantee. Processing starts the moment your file is received, there's no queue.
What's the difference between the tiers?
Basic ($79) gives you the Advanced Genome File, traits, wellness, carrier status, basic metabolic calls. Advanced Medical ($129) adds clinical-grade analysis: pharmacogenomics, hereditary disease risk, cardiovascular and oncological markers. Is it a subscription?
No. Each tier is a one-time payment per analysis. There's no renewal, and you keep your results.

What does the Health AI Engine do?
On the Max Plan, it reads your GeneLab reports alongside lab results you upload, blood panels, CBC, lipid profiles, and answers personalised health questions in real time, citing the exact variant or marker behind each answer. See it in action ›
What lab files can it read?
PDF lab results such as blood panels, complete blood counts (CBC), and lipid profiles. It extracts the values and pairs them with your genotype.
Does the AI give medical advice?
No. It helps you understand your own data and prepare better questions for your clinician. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional care.

What happens to my data?
Your raw file and reports are encrypted, access-controlled, and scoped to your account. We honour GDPR and HIPAA data rights and delete your raw files and reports from storage whenever you ask. Details ›
Is my data used to train anything?
Your data is scoped to your account and is not pooled across customers to answer anyone else's questions.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. GeneLab delivers genetic information, risk assessments, and analysis for your own understanding. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose disease or replace a licensed clinician. Always discuss results with your doctor before acting on them.
